We are relatively small but friendly bike shop in Nairobi, Kenya passionate about cycling and ensuring that both seasoned riders and new entrants to the cycling world can source their quality products and services from us.
We are customer centric and focused to ensure they have a great experience and embrace the sport of cycling for now and into the future. We are also keen on engaging in dialogue and sharing experiences.
We also strive to foster business relationship with global brands to ensure they can be available in the Kenyan market.
Our mission is to ensure highest quality service, both products and bike mechanic skills at affordable prices and help cyclist enhance their cycling experience.
Business Organization:
We have a full-time Sales person with an in-depth knowledge of bicycles and he is well respected in the Kenya market, who possesses great communication and customer skills.
Also, we have a full-time bike mechanic who is young, energetic and willing to learn the skills of the trade to ensure cyclists have peace of mind on their bikes post service.
Based on customer engagements, we are continually discussing upgrades and ensuring that genuine parts are being sourced and used in the market.
In addition, there is also business development to further build relationships, collaborations and acquire new products.
