The user of this site warrants that all information supplied is his/hers to give. Any intent to mislead the site will constitute an act of fraud.

Deliveries

Delivery options:

1. Goods can collected from iNFiNiTY Baisikeli located at Treasure Gardens, Argwings Kodhek Road, Kilimani Nairobi.
2. For local deliveries (within Nairobi), we will utilize either Boda Boda or Bike delivery service, the cost of which is for the customer to pay directly with the service provider. It is recommended to have agreement and confirmation in advance regarding these charges.
3. For out of town deliveries, we utilize Wells Fargo and will use next day delivery service (if order is placed before noon) and the charges are based on their rates. The parcel will be sent to the Wells Fargo branch of your choice for collection. It is important to state the exact name and contact phone number as per ID to ensure ease of collection. Your purchase will be dispatched as soon as we have received proof of full payment. No deliveries will be made on weekends. In periods of high demand and where items have to be specially made up, deliveries may take longer, but in such cases we shall inform you of delivery dates.

Validity of Information

We have made every attempt to ensure that all images, pricelists and other information on the website are as accurate and complete as possible. Please note that images of our products may not match the stated spec accurately. Prices are subject to change at any time. If prices have not been updated on an item you have ordered you will be contacted informing you of this change and requested to re order at the new price if you so wish.
