FASTBAR was really tasty and gave a good energy boost. Easy to open packaging and not wastage. Will definitely try the FARBAR for endurance events.

Hello there. Used this for the first time during my hard training block and it was fantastic. I didn't get bloated or any form of abdominal discomfort after taking it halfway into the session and more so after. The taste is also superb and didn't have an overly sugary or sweet taste that plagues most energy bars. The texture makes it easy to swallow and almost melts in your mouth. The bar size is compact and could fit in my top tube bag easily. Though I had to fish for it when I needed it. Lol... I'll give the others a try and hopefully utilise them during competition.
